Making an Appointment
Appointments for counseling or consultation with a staff member may be made by telephone by calling 713-348-4867, or in person by coming to 303 Lovett Hall (Entrance A, the entrance closest to Sewall Hall).
Since the staff of the Rice Counseling Center cannot guarantee the privacy of e-mail communications, we do not use email for clinical purposes and ask students to do the same. This includes setting, canceling or changing appointments.
The Center's office hours are 8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m., 1:00-5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Regular office hours are also kept during midterm and summer recesses.
